Werner Janden Ogsaen is our supervising Bankruptcy Attorney for Prime Legal Center. Janden has many connections to Northern and Southern California, as he grew up in Sacramento and later graduated from La Sierra University in Riverside (2007), with a bachelor’s degree in History.

Janden enrolled in law school and graduated from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law (2014). Upon graduation, he opened Prime Legal Center with locations covering Sacramento and San Diego.

 

Janden's emphasis has been in the areas of Bankruptcy, Business Transactions, and Debt Settlement. Since 2007, he has worked in the bankruptcy arena consulting for numerous law firms and currently represents debtors through the bankruptcy process in both the Eastern and Southern Districts of California. After establishing Prime Legal Center, he has also committed himself to assisting other business owners in establishing and operating their own businesses.
